This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules there under. By downloading, installing, or using blinD ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you affirm this fact. Misrepresentation of age is a violation of these terms and may lead to legal action under the DPDP Act 2023.
1.2 Verification Wall: The App provides 5 initial chat sessions as a "Sandbox" trial. To continue using the App thereafter, mandatory Aadhaar-based OTP verification is required to ensure a safe, adult-only environment.
2.1 AI Persona: You acknowledge that the App uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze your typing behavior, chat content, and interactions to build an "AI Persona." This analysis is for matchmaking and personality insights only.
2.2 Data Sync: Upon Aadhaar verification, your profile name and date of birth will be automatically updated to match official records to ensure platform integrity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. If you do not verify your identity within 90 days of hitting the "Verification Wall," your account data will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our active servers.
Your data is processed by Satrango ("we", "us") in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.
Mobile number, Gender, Date of Birth, Interests, and Location.
We collect "Metadata" including typing latency (speed and hesitation), backspace frequency, and session duration. This data is not processed by AI until you provide explicit consent during verification.
We use government-approved gateways (Setu/Surepass) for e-KYC. We do NOT store your Aadhaar number; we only receive a verification token, your name, and your DOB.
To comply with the IT Amendment Rules 2026, we maintain a secure, encrypted "Legal Vault" containing raw chat logs for a period of 180 days. This data is only accessible via court order or authorized law enforcement requests.
You have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of your data. You may withdraw your consent for AI Analysis at any time via the App Settings.
1. "As-Is" Service: The AI Persona and matchmaking results are provided "as-is." We do not guarantee a perfect match or the absolute accuracy of the AI-generated behavioral traits.
2. Physical Safety: blinD is a digital platform. We do not conduct criminal background checks. We strongly advise users to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines when meeting anyone in person.
3. Limitation of Liability: Satrango and its developers shall not be liable for any damages—emotional, physical, or financial—arising from user interactions on the platform.
